We strive for more than just a box.
We - at MarberLabs - create mockups and complex prototypes based on your drawings or orders or on in-house developed projects.
Prior to each project we conduct a painstaking analysis and the physical production of prototypes starts from creating 3D “on-fly” mockups.
We are in a position to swiftly create small production pre-series, using methods and techniques that allow to create outputs that accurately reflect the next industrial production.
Monitoring is of crucial importance to us: this includes trials and tests based on the customer’s specifications, “on ground” tests to simulate the actual conditions of use and the final verifications of compliance with the required specifications: nothing is left to chance.
You need paper and cardboard to make a covered box . Technical skills are required for job well done . A perfect box requires commitment andcreativity.
Studying dimensions, calculating overall dimensions, designing interiors, supplementing with paper technology, predicting the impact of packaging on customers, creating prototypes, punching and cost optimisation through nesting.
We don't just "follow" the customer's choices.
We go ahead of the customer.
Having a precise idea of how the end product will be is one thing. Holding the actual product is another.
We plan production to have certain delivery dates.
We specialise in manufacturing only one type of boxes. The beautiful ones.
Emily Tray by Marber is a rigid tray made of cardboard - extremely resistant -, with dividers and compartments, and a lid that can be customized with any graphic prints, specifically designed to contain and transport food in total safety.
We inform our customers that in April 2020 the Marber box factory will remain open (albeit not with all departments).
In Marber we created Baybox: a box with an elegant and minimal shape and an innovative structure, with magnetic closure. Because a box is not made only of paper, cardboard and glue.
